OPTIMIZATION, PERFORMANCE AND NUTRITION COACH
Originally from Mobile, Alabama, I competed on three World Youth Olympic teams — Donetsk, Ukraine; Havana, Cuba; and San Juan, Puerto Rico — before being recruited to the University of Miami as a sprinter, where I studied Exercise Physiology with double minors in Sports Medicine and Sports Administration. That foundation shaped everything. Over six years I've worked with prenatal and postpartum mothers through pelvic floor restoration and core reconstruction, and helped busy professionals and fathers optimize health and performance. Today my work has evolved into Human Optimization — using InBody scans, wearable device data, sleep, HRV, recovery tracking, nutrition, and training strategy to help clients understand their bodies and reach a higher level of health. My mission: help people rebuild, perform, and redefine what they believe is possible.
